This annual celebration honors the next generation of design talent, spotlighting rising creatives who are shaping the industry with fresh ideas, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Trent: The Master of Adaptability and Efficiency
Trent is the ultimate problem-solver, providing adaptability to tackle complex design challenges in the office and on interiors installations at community project sites. With expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop, he provides execution from concept to completion, keeping projects on track and teams aligned. A natural collaborator, Trent thrives in fast-paced environments, willing to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table. His versatility and commitment make him an invaluable part of any project, “the glue” to his Team, and ready to take on any challenge with confidence.
Gabby: The Visionary Designer and Creative Force
Gabby is all about turning ideas into reality. With a meticulous approach to design, space planning, furnishings selection and with REVIT/CAD expertise, she ensures every space is both functional and beautifully designed. Her passion extends beyond her project work—she’s a leader in the local design community as the Graphics & Communications Chair for IIDA Austin City Center, where she promotes industry events, curates digital content, and strengthens connections within the design world. Whether she’s fine-tuning a floor plan or shaping a brand’s presence, Gabby brings innovation and enthusiasm to everything she does
Liz: The Revit Specialist and Mentor
Liz is a Revit powerhouse, deeply passionate about pushing the software’s capabilities while enthusiastically mentoring others along the way. With nearly a decade of experience and expertise in Enscape and SketchUp, she excels in 3D renderings and serves as a go-to resource for technical knowledge. Her background in large-scale healthcare projects includes a 1.5M sq. ft. Houston bed tower, where she played a crucial role from start to finish. Beyond her technical skills, Liz is a dedicated leader, having spearheaded NCIDQ study groups, managed material libraries, and championed the return of Revit Happy Hours—always fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the design community.
